The Joker returns to ME3 - confirmed by the character's voice actor Seth Green himself on twitter:
“Confirmed: I’m reprising my Joker role in #MassEffect3. I look forward to completing many more missions with you sir, or mademoiselle.”
No word on if Joker will be dancing with the devil in the palemoon light but you can be sure he'll be kicking it with EDI, who is also being played by Trica Helfer.
